Ergonomic Kneeling Chairs Are Better For Your Back
By Eric Minden

I sit in an office chair all day while at work and then again when I get home

to finish my work. Sitting in an office chair is not good for your lower back

or your legs. This is why you can now purchase an ergonomic kneeling chair

that will help with your posture and your back and leg pain.

Although, this chair may throw your friends and co-workers off due to the

unusual design of the chair, you will benefit from how comfortable the chair

actually is and how much less back pain you will have at the end of the day.

These ergonomic kneeling chairs are available at most office supply stores

such as Staples and may be purchased in store or online.

Since the chair is designed for a kneeling position, there will be slightly

more pressure on your knees, this is why the knee rest is fully padded. This

is the only complaint I have seen or heard about these chairs. The positive

side of the chair is that it has rollers so you can move it easily and the

back and leg pain is gone, even after just one day of use.

This chair helps with posture and pain. This is why everyone in the office

should have one. No more trying to get comfortable in a normal office chair.

If you are having to use a normal office chair be sure you are not using one

that is too firm or too soft.

If the chair is too firm you may not be able to find a comfortable sitting

position, making it harder for you to get work done since you are spending

more time fighting with the chair. If the chair is too soft you may feel the

urge to go to sleep. Thus, causing you to lose precious time you should have

had to get work done. Which in turn can cause you to lose your place of

employment.

Take time to try one of the ergonomic kneeling chair available, if you like

the chair, make the switch. If you disapprove of the chair simply go back to

your old office chair. I have used an ergonomic kneeling chair and really

enjoyed having it in my office. The less strain on my back the better it would

feel at the end of the day. Don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself.
